Who to contact
Flathead Valley Living is Joseph DuBois’s real estate website. For questions about information you have shared, email joseph@flatheadvalleyliving.com or call (406) 261-0061.
When you send an inquiry
The Let’s Talk form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, buying, selling, or relocation interest, optional timeframe, and the message you enter. Your inquiry and its submission time are saved in Joseph’s private contact workspace so he can respond and keep track of your conversation and next steps.
Please share the information needed to start a conversation. The form does not need identification documents, bank details, or other sensitive records.
Guides and the newsletter
You can read the guides without entering an email address. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to the newsletter.
Newsletter signup takes place on a separate Mailchimp page. If you choose to subscribe, the information you enter is processed through Mailchimp to manage the subscription and send updates. You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter. See Intuit’s privacy statement for information about Mailchimp’s service.
Website operation and service providers
Website hosting, contact storage, email, and backup services help operate the site and manage inquiries. The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare; contact backups may be stored in Google Drive. These providers process information needed to deliver their services.
Hosting services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, and request logs for delivery and security. The inquiry form uses a temporary request counter derived from an IP address to limit repeated submissions. Sign-in is required for the private contact workspace; public guides do not require an account.
Your choices and stored records
Contact Joseph to correct information, request deletion, or ask him to stop following up. He can review your request and explain any information that needs to be retained for an ongoing relationship or applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Inquiry and conversation records are not automatically erased when a conversation ends. Archived or deleted workspace records can remain recoverable, and backups may retain earlier copies. A deletion request should be made directly to Joseph so these records can be considered.
